  • Flexible Options:

    • Daily super special - $40 or $50 evenings per hour, including free 15 min before and 15 min. after class set up. Ask to lock rates by August 30 for a whole year at the summer rates.

    • Available slots: M-F am to 4pm. @ $40, 4:30pm- 7pm @ $50

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • 100% refund if canceled 90 days prior to the event.

    • 50% refund if canceled over 30 days prior to the event.

    • No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the event date.

  • Reservation Deposit Policy:

    • 50% of the total amount is due at the time of signing the agreement if the event is scheduled more than 31 days from the signing date.

    • The remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days prior to the event date.

  • Spacious Rooms:

    • Main Room: 40 feet by 40 feet

    • Kitchen: 10 feet x 10 feet

  • Facilities:

    • Kitchen, not for cooking: sink, fridge, microwave

    • 3 bathrooms

  • Equipment:

    • Loudspeaker - free to use
